Don't worry, some cool dude has created japanese machine translator, it will not translate perfectly but definitely ease your stress a little. Everything will be a little bit clearer after you use this translator.
His application called Chiitrans Lite, it's a bit heavier than TA but lighter than VNR. If somehow your rig is not powerful enough, only then you might consider to use Translator Aggregator.

You will also need to install ATLAS, without it Chiitrans won't work. You can download ATLAS trial from here. Patch it with this and finally copy this crack and replace the same file at ATLAS folder.
How the hell i use these things??? Well.. there are plenty tutorials about that on google so I won't discuss about it any further.
